Chris Rogers: Australia batsman to quit Tests after the Ashes

Australian batsman Chris Rogers has confirmed he will retire from Test cricket at the end of the current Ashes series. 

The 37-year-old will step down after the fifth Test at the Oval, which will be his 25th match for his country.

Rogers, who has represented four counties in England, has scored 1,972 Test runs at an average of 42.86.

He is Australia's leading run-scorer in the current Ashes series, with 437 runs at 62.42.
